A wearable Stormtrooper helmet from Star Wars created using 2 mm thick EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate) foam. Julius has provided us with a pdo file which you can use as a pattern and instruction. You'll need a pepakura viewer to open the file. Stormtrooper Helmet with EVA Foam Pepakura
