Just a little correction here. Touhou is a fanmade series of shoot 'em up/bullethell games made mostly by just one person (ZUN). The character is indeed called Reisen but it is first of not her real name (as it's not yet known) and secondly Reisen Undongein Inaba is a different character. The displayed character is mostly known as just Reisen II by fans. =)
