The Tear Drop Monument was a gift from the people of Russia to honor those who died in the 911 attacks. It was designed by the artist Zurab Tsereteli and was installed at northeast corner of Bayonne Peninsula in New Jersey on September 11, 2006.Tear Drop Monument Papercraft
