From the anime Sgt. Frog, First Lieutenant Garuru led a platoon that came to Earth to defeat the Keroro Platoon and finish the mission that they failed to do; conquer Earth. It was later revealed that they were just supposed to test the abilities of Keroro's Platoon and left.
